  • Manjot Singh

    Manjot Singh

    Manjot is a post-fourth-year medical student at Brown University. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Public Health. He is particularly interested in the biomechanics of spine and their impact on postoperative radiographic and functional outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys walking his dog, finding new coffee shops, hiking in the White Mountains, and traveling to other countries.

  • Joseph E. Nassar

    Joseph E. Nassar

    Joseph is a post-third-year medical student at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, where he also completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology. He is particularly interested in adult spinal deformity, cervical spine surgeries, and the impact of alignment on clinical outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and working out. His goal is to pursue residency training in the USA as an international medical graduate.

    Michael J. Farias

    Michael is a post-third-year medical student at Brown University. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Nutrition. He is particularly interested in patient outcomes following various spinal procedures, especially among underserved populations. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering at Clinica Esperanza, mentoring students, going to the beach, water sports, and weightlifting.

  • Ashley Knebel

    Ashley Knebel

    Ashley is a second-year medical student at Brown University. She completed her undergraduate education at Brown University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is particularly interested in the medical humanities as a way to combine her background in English with her future career in medicine and increasing female-representation in orthopedics through early exposures to engineering and medicine.. In her free time, she enjoys running, rowing on the Seekonk river, and reading.
