Dr. Michael Kutschke was a recipient of this year’s Haffenreffer Family House Staff Excellence Award. The award is given to residents and fellows at Lifespan in their final year of training. Winners are selected by committee based on exceptional clinical services, professionalism, leadership and stewardship, and/or scholarly activity and research.

Dr. Kutschke is currently chief resident in the Department of Orthopaedics. His contributions to our department and to Lifespan have earned him this well-deserved award.
